"OBI University: A free self-paced online certification program where anyone can learn the theory and practice of how to build communities where everyone belongs." That sounds really interesting. Thanks for sharing this.
There are so many layers of belonging and how to both experience it and invite others into it. One of my metaphorical wells is of belonging. As I come to the space and dip into it and am nourished by many different ways of looking at it, the one thing I know is there is a longing for it in this world. I look forward to exploring OBI and continuing to mull the lower case letter piece.
I resonate with belonging as a metaphorical well of today. I find that it is in moments I am most present when I feel I most belong. Thank you for remind me of this and linking belonging to the metaphor you use in your Substack of the well
Thank you, Reema. It makes me realize once again how important this topic is and how people long to engage the conversation. You are bringing that into the light.
The lower case lettering is really interesting to me as I hadn't heard of it before except in the context of my daughter telling her English teacher that she doesn't like to use capitals as the lower case letters will feel smaller, unequal somehow?!

Anytime Conny! Lemme know if you ever do end up starting this program and how it goes. I have barely scratched the surface myself.

This sounds fascinating and is much needed. I just followed their podcast and hope you'll write more about the program as you go through it.
Glad to hear that Rita! Well noted I will definitely consider writing more reflections of the program, thanks for the suggestion

So insightful of your daughter! Thinking of the letters being in relationship to one another
